We are now looking for experienced pedagogues to develop and conduct practice-oriented (online) workshops for our AcadeMedia Campus in Munich as a 

Trainer, Speaker, Initiator on subjects related to early childhood education as a freelancer. 

Your assignment: 

Develop the concept and implement dynamic live online and face-to-face workshops for educators and supplementary staff on the following topics (selection): 

  • Pedagogical everyday life in daycare centers, daily routine, transitions 
  • Developmental psychology 
  • Observation, documentation, portfolio work 
  • Nutritional education 
  • Movement, motor skills, psychomotricity 
  • Language education, language development, literacy, communication 
  • Early childhood sex education, violence prevention 
  • Early childhood education for English speaking staff in nursery and kindergarten 
  • Coordinate content and appointments with our project management 
  • Provide workshop-accompanying documents in our virtual rooms for registered participants only  
  • Provide the necessary theoretical basics using concrete case studies from daycare practice, focus on moderating amongst participants and inviting them to share their experiences instead of lecturing them, create an atmosphere of collegial advice and peer consulting, give impulses and help for self-help 

Your profile: 

  • Practical experience in the socio-educational topics that you would enjoy conveying  
  • Facilitator, enabler, initiator, advisor, moderator 
  • Knowledge of different (digital) methods and their application in adult education 
  • Studies in social pedagogy, childhood pedagogy, early childhood pedagogy or similar or completed vocational training as an educator is desirable 
  • Child centered attitude 
  • For workshops in English: Native English level or Level C2 (CEFR)
